Dannielynn Hope Smith Birkhead, daughter of Larry Birkhead and the late Anna Nicole Smith, is turning 5 years old today!
Dannielynn was born on September 7th, 2006 at Doctors Hospital in Nassua, Bahamas. When Anna Nicole announced her pregnancy in June of 2006, she shared:
“Yes, I am pregnant. I’m happy, I’m very, very happy about it. Everything’s goin’ really, really good and I’ll be checking in and out periodically on the web, and I’ll let you see me as I’m growing.
I’d be willing to bet that Larry has a pretty big party planned for her!
Dannielynn had one brother, Daniel, who died just 3 days after she was born, at the age of 20. Anna Nicole passed away just five months later.

Daniel was half brother. His dad was Billy W. Smith. He died of drug overdose. Dannielynn’s middle name is Marshall not Smith.
Her middle name is hope. Smith is part of her last name. As far as her brother, I don’t think it’s always necessary to call people by “halfs”. I mean, he was her brother, it doesn’t matter if it was “half” or not.
Correction again, VICKIE LYNN MARSHALL was LEGAL name not Anna Nicole Smith. It was her stage name. Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead is her full name of “Anna’s” (Vickie’s) kid. Your article is misleading.

Normally I don’t like to comment on celeb families, but I love to see Dannielynn with her father. He seems like an ok guy and looks like he really dotes on his daughter. I hope and pray that this little girl gets to live a life that is somewhat normal and grows to do something awesome! Happy Birthday little Dannielynn!!!
i agree. He’s done a good job sheltering her 90% of the time. It seems like he gives us a peek every now and again, but I figured him for a much different guy in the beginning. Very impressed with him.
