Vanessa Marcil Giovinazzo Is Pregnant With Her Second Child!

‘General Hospital‘ actress Vanessa Marcil Giovinazzo and her husband Carmine are expecting a baby, she shared on Twitter!  She snuck the happy news in at the end of a Tweet a few days ago:

keep your ideas coming moms…pitched some to the kings of baby products today and ur ideas R exciting to the big shots! im pregnant btw :)

This will be Vanessa and Carmine’s first child together, but Vanessa’s second, as she has a son Kassius, 9, that she shares with her ex Brian Austin Green.

Vanessa is BFF’s with former Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels (Kassius’ godmother), who apparently will get naming honors if Vanessa has a girl:

@jillianmichaels Taking the power back. My new favorite thing this year. If I have a girl, you’re naming her.

Congrats to Vanessa and Carmine!  And to big brother-to-be Kassius!
