Today (June 24) ‘Desperate Housewives‘ star Marcia Cross is celebrating her 5th wedding anniversary with husband, stockbroker Tom Mahoney!
Marcia and Tom married on June 24th, 2006 at Church of Our Savior Episcopal Parish in San Gabriel, California. In September, after undergoing IVF treatments, she announced that they were expecting a baby (later revealed to be twins!). Their daughters, Savannah and Eden, were born in February of 2007.
In 2009 Tom was diagnosed with cancer and after a grueling battle, he’s doing well. Marcia shared that they never explained the cancer to their daughters:
“There’s no point in telling our kids. They were so young and anything to them is normal, so they didn’t know things weren’t normal. They’re enjoying their life. Daddy’s fine. It’s in the past. He has nothing to say.”
