Christina Aguilera’s three-year-old son Max is so “protective” of his pop star mom, he refuses to let anyone touch her without his permission.
Christina admits her little boy has yet to grasp the fact that his mother is a superstar and he’s constantly scolding anyone who gets too close for comfort. During an appearance on late night show Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Thursday (5/26), she says,
“If he was here right now, when you shook my hand (to greet me) he’d be like, ‘No! Don’t touch my (mummy’s) hand.’
“He doesn’t get the whole thing yet that like mummy is a public personality. So he’s very protective. When I’m getting my make-up done and things like that, he’s like, ‘No! Don’t touch!’ And then he cuddles with me.”
Max is Aguilera’s son with ex-husband Jordan Bratman.

That sounds sweet, but at the age of three, he should not be dictating what his mother does (i.e. who’s hand she shakes, or who she may give a friendly hug, etc.)
