Penelope Cruz Reveals Her Secret To Losing Baby Weight

New mom Penelope Cruz has been hitting the red carpets this week to promote her newest movie “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides“.  Penelope shares how she lost her baby weight in just three months.

She says the secret to her figure is dancing:

“I love ballet and it’s a little boring for me to go to the gym because I’m used to the dancing discipline — it’s really hard but much more fun,”

Penelope also credits healthy eating:

“I love Spanish food. My diet is the Mediterranean diet, which is good food. I eat well, but I try to eat healthy.”

But she does love a little splurge at In-N-Out every now and again:

“I do it, like, once a week or once every two weeks. It’s my little treat for myself. I love the Double-Double with fries.
