Kourtney Kardashian has been working hard to lose her post-baby weight after the birth of her son Mason last December. She told OK! magazine in it’s most recent issue:
“They say it takes a full year to really get your body back.”
“I believe that. I was 140 pounds when I gave birth and I’m 95 now.”
Do you think that’s too much weight-loss?
She claims that she’s been able to lose the weight with portion-controlled meals and a strict workout routine, which included running and strength training.
“I’d take him on walks when he was a baby and do squats while holding him,” Kardashian said.
“I’ll eat Oreo Double Stufs, but I will have two instead of a whole box. And I love chips!”
“For me, it is about being a healthy mom, and not being a certain weight,” the star says.
