Padma Lakshmi Reveals Her Post-Baby Workout Schedule

Top Chef” host Padma Lakshmi chatted with PopEater about her rigorous workout routine and her Halloween plans with her 8-month-old daughter.

The celebrity mom is keeping her slim shape by keeping up with a strict workout regimen:

“I woke up at 6AM, I nursed. Then I ran up and down 70 flights of stairs. Then I had breakfast, then went to the gym and lifted weights for an hour. Then I walked home.”

SEVENTY flights of stairs.  Consider me impressed.  I’m not sure I could do that many.

Padma says that her daughter, Krishna, is just starting to scoot around:

“She’s great. She’s crawling,”

Padma is planning to celebrate Krishna’s first Halloween:

“I’m going to dress up, but I haven’t figured out what I’m going to wear”
