Goran Visnjic

Goran Visnjic, who plays Dr. Luka Kovac on ER, and his wife, Croatian artist Ivana, have adopted a baby boy whom they’ve named Tin Visnjic.

The baby was born on April 19th at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in LA.

This is the first child for the couple, who married in 1999.

Poster #1, why is that your business? Also, why do you assume thatthey NEED to adopt, like it is somesort of horrible last resort we should pity them on.

Perhaps they couldn’t have children biologically, or perhaps they just wanted to give a home, family and love to a child in need. I could probably biologically have children but I plan to adopt when I’m older.

My congratulations to them (P.S, the babies birthday, April 19th, was also my mother’s 40th and my great-grandmother’s 101st birthday this year!)

U know its funny how ppl always assume something is wrong when someone wants to adopt.

I want to adopt, there are sooo many babies out there who did not ask to be born and NEED homes, why not take them in.

A child does not need to grow under ur heart to grow in ur heart.

That being said congratulations to them…

In repsonse to #1, maybe they just wanted to. What does it matter?

Congrats. I like Goran too. Saw him in a movie called Deep Blue… or something like that… at he was amazing. Must admit I have a thing for Croatian men – find them very handsome in general. I taught many Yugo-Slavians and when the dads came in for parent-teacher conferences – wow!

    To #1:
Maybe she infertile for any number of reasons; maybe he’s sterile. Whatever the reason, congrats to them!
